Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your receipt, within 90 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, scratches or breakage. Your satisfaction is important to Sears Optical.

Price Guarantee

We'll match any competitor's price. If you find identical complete eyewear (frame, lenses and treatments) for a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, Sears Optical will verify the competitor's price and refund the difference.
